Site induction
A site induction is the briefing every worker completes before starting on a site, covering its specific hazards, rules and arrangements.
A site induction is the mandatory briefing a worker receives before they start work on a particular site. It covers the site’s specific hazards, rules, welfare arrangements, emergency procedures and key contacts, so everyone starts from the same baseline of safety information.
Inductions are a real strength of Sync. You can build an induction, publish versioned updates, set a pass mark, and let workers complete it by scanning a QR code, with a certificate at the end. See the site induction guide for how it works step by step.
